Is it ADHD?

Navigating the ADHD diagnosis is always tough. I know, I have been there myself. Here are a few online tests that you can take to help make things a bit more clear. The best thing to do is to print the results and take them to your psychologist or doctor.

*please note: These tests are designed to give you an idea of the ADHD symptoms you have. They do not replace a professional ADHD assessment. Always consult a health care professional for diagnosis.

My ADHD went undiagnosed for years because my anxiety and coping skills masked A LOT of my ADHD symptoms. If you are unsure how to answer these questions because they are situational, it may be a good idea to consult a professional, like a psychologist, who specializes in ADHD. Be sure to ask about their ADHD knowledge before working with them!
